It reports the experience of pedagogical practices by residents of the Physical Education nucleus in public schools in the city of Viçosa, MG. It is an experience that, through planned and systematic immersion in the school, gave these academics not only an intense and active experience in concrete situations in the teaching-learning process of the most varied bodily practices, but also to expand the comprehensive perspectives of the activity teacher through readings, discussions, actions and reflections based on the guidelines contained in the Base Nacional Comum Curricular, as well as in the areas of Didactics and Methodology of Physical Education Teaching.
