This work objectives identify the teaching praxis and possible pedagogical strategies for teaching building for learning in the professional teaching at secondary level in nursing. This is a bibliographic research of the narrative type, with a descriptive characteristic in qualitative approach, carried out from October to November 2018. To perform analysis and discussion of the notes from this study, a sample of articles was selected, which present in their content the relation between training, nursing and professional education. As a result, five articles related to the subject matter were obtained, which grounded the discussion. The study allowed the identification of elements that compose the teaching praxis and possible pedagogical strategies of teaching and learning building in nursing secondary education in nursing, such as (self) reflexive posture on the practice, the search for pedagogical dimension approach based on a close look at the student, the dialogue as a teaching and learning process and its relationship with care and attention.
