The article discusses the matter of the constitution of teaching professionalism in early childhood education, pointing out eight elements that constitute this professionalism, with a view to strengthening the identity, development and professional performance, also the consequent improvement of the quality of education offered to the children served in this segment.
It also proposes a look at the formative processes and their relevance in this context.
