The objective of this paper is to contribute to the discussions about the importance of Inclusive Education, materialized in three main and interrelated elements: Specialized Educational Assistance (SEA), Resource Room and Assistive Technologies. It can be seen that the physical and material conditions represented by the resource rooms, in addition to the offer and mastery, by parts of the teachers, on Assistive Technologies and training courses for the SEA in their specificities are some of the elements considered essential for an effective policy for Inclusive Education.
