CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT WORK AND PROEJA IN CONTEXTOF LEGAL DOCUMENTS

The article discusses the legal documents of education in effect in Brazil, also considering the National Professional Education Program Integration with Basic Education in the Education of Youth and Adults Mode (PROEJA in Portuguese acronym) and the matter of work. Given the articulation between education and the world of work, we emphasize the importance of researches on these issues, because they are still perceived as technicistic and not emancipatory mode for student workers. The theoretical approach was based on Arroyo (2014), Lima Filho (2010) and Ribeiro (1999) to analyze several legal documents of the Professional Education area. As a result we point to dichotomies and contradictions that permeate these documents, as well as in public policies that influence the formation of worker.
