This article aims to analyze the educational reformation in the Brazilian high school, pointing out that internationally the teacher's work in the 21st century is marked by mass, administration by performance (accountability), privatization and commercialization. After a historical construction building on the reform of the national state, the emphasis is given to the relationship between changes in high school and the internationalization of higher education. Therefore, a larger examination overview shows that the profit possibilities transform knowledge into market raw materials and produce the convergence of educational reforms according to strict financial rationality.
