The text analyzes how the discourses regarding Higher Education level, in the present, are constituted in ways of subjectivate young Brazilians. It takes as material for analysis the Program for Restructuring and Expanding of Universities (Programa de Reestruturação e Expansão das Universidades) – REUNI. The issue is contextualized in some reports from the Organization for Cooperation and Economic Development (Organização Para Cooperação e Desenvolvimento Econônimo) – OCDE – that trace a diagnosis for Higher Education, trivializing the shaping of educational policies, such as the one that restructured REUNI. The notions of political device and governmentability improve the discussion. As a conclusion, it is possible to affirm that REUNI is a strategy whose goal is to subjectify a mode of entrepreneurial productivity for young Brazilians, since it instructs, regulates, and controls social risk, and manages individualities.Downloads
