SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION ON EDUCATION FOR INFANTS AND YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE CONTEXT OF NURSERY

This text is an excerpt of a Master thesis, which had as central concern a detailed examination of the pedagogical practices with children aged 0-3 years old, analyzing the target for teaching babies from the Brazilian scientific production between the years of 2008 to 2011 on the bank of theses and dissertations of CAPES. We conducted a mapping of national production that had the focus on the education of children from birth to three years in the context of early childhood education, totaling 48 studies, and 13 of them were the final corpus analyzed. The objective of this text is presenting the ways of raising the production process and the analysis of the categories defined from the emergence of themes that were privileged in the analyzed research.
