Abstract

This article presents the result from a work performed in 2011, which had as aim to analyze the offer of disciplines and contents that allow arguments and studies about ethnic-racial relationship in teaching degrees courses in Santa Catarina - SC. For this text, it was analyzed pedagogical projects of History and Pedagogy graduation of ten universities of Santa Catarina, in order to identify what curricular configuration the courses have presupposed related to the education of ethnic-racial relationship and the teaching of History and afro-Brazilian culture, as well as African culture. It was possible noticed that even after ten years of change in LDB 9394/96 by the Law 10639/03, the universities from SC have no presented good results in the insertion of requested knowledge by current legislation in their project of courses.
