ASSESSMENT OF BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY: PRIMORDIAL ASPECTS OF SUCROENERGY BIOENERGY

Abstract

This work aims to evaluate, through a multidimensional trend matrix associated with a web database, aspects of corporate sustainability of Brazilian sugarcane bioenergy companies. Regarding the methodology: it is classified as applied research; regarding the approach, the qualitative-quantitative approach was chosen; as for the procedures used, the comparative method was chosen. Google Trends associated with SWOT was used; the sample used was of 10 selected companies, representing 61 plants in order to arrive at the product of this work, a multidimensional matrix of referential pattern. Thus, the best scores were obtained to obtain in the sustainable category the multidimensional matrix of referential pattern, through the score for Strengths and Opportunities corresponding to the values ??9.2 (centralized) and for Weaknesses and Threats equivalent to 0.8 (laterality) . Finally, the proposal of a multidimensional matrix with a referential pattern can be adapted to the use of other descriptors, which are relevant for the evaluation of aspects of corporate sustainability of sugarcane bioenergy companies.
