This study aims to analyze the institute of supported decision-making and its contribution to the exercise of sexual and reproductive rights, being verified the effective fulfillment of the private autonomy of the disabled from the new concept of civil capacity presented by the Statute of the Disabled Person. In addition, was made an study on personality rights and their performance in the formation of the person, being evidenced the relationship with sexual and reproductive rights around the disposition to the body itself and the limits of the exercise of private autonomy were evidenced. This is an eminently conceptual theoretical research and c to review concepts related to the new legislation. As a research method will be used legal-dogmatic, to be investigated in an interpretative character, working internal elements to the legal order for a better understanding of normative relations, as well as evaluation of its structure.
