A efetivação do compliance ambiental diante da motivação das certificações brasileiras

A certificação ambiental no Brasil tem crescido significativamente nos últimos anos, principalmente diante das atuais tragédias ambientais. Este estudo pretende demonstrar que, em sua grande maioria, as certificações buscam a maximização do lucro e não a efetiva proteção ambiental. Portanto, deve haver uma modificação de paradigma sobre o compliance ambiental, para que seja assegurada, por métodos efetivos, a certificação ambiental. Utilizou-se no trabalho a metodologia teórica-documental, com técnica dedutiva. Demonstrou-se que o compliance é um dos melhores instrumentos de transparência normativa dentro de uma instituição, devendo mudar a atual motivação pessoal dos agentes econômicos.
