Abstract

This article examines the theoretical basis of the rights of personality, focusing on the modern origin; transformations of the concept and the challenge of today's protective umbrella of the subject in the age of technique. Based on a critical hermeneutic methodology, observing its ethical and historic foundations, it points out the need to build and revisit legal categories that can reframe its field of action.
