Functions and profile of a tutor

Abstract

This paper intends to explain the functions and the profile a tutor has to have, to deal with problematic situations at school. Subsequently, we talk about the importance of the teachers’ development through the attendance of multiple courses that can give them the state-of-the-art related to school.
