In conflict resolution, in breach of regulations and in cases of indiscipline, it is required school mediators and mediation programs. In the implementation of these programs is essential to train mediators to intervene in educational context with students, teachers and family, being required to these professionals, ethics professional mediator. The need to educate students to integrate mediation teams implies the promotion of values of coexistence and ethics of care with others. The ethics of care and of the meeting allow for more possibilities of conviviality and new forms of human existence. We try to interpret the views of some authors about mediation, mediators (models and programs), emphasizing education for tolerance, solidarity, responsibility and citizenship, which are requirements of the school within the framework of education for values.
