Abstract

The text aims to discuss on pedophilization and social practices that focus on the child's body from an ethnographic research, which began in 2014, with children living in a community in the Great Florianópolis. In alert to defense times, safeguarding and promoting the rights of children, we live a paradoxical image that relates to the violation of their rights, especially to the consumer network and intergenerational brand characterized by childhood pedophilization nowadays. The ethnographic research in this community enables us to understand how children incorporate this social language of violence in their daily lives and how they assimilate as natural a body similar to the adult one, eroticized and consumed.
