[Artigo retratado] Criminal liability and compulsory in international criminal justice
the case of transnational corporations

The Editorial Team of the Guanambi Faculty of Law (RDFG) retracted the research because of (i) the scientific paper was previously published by another Brazilian journal, and (ii) we were informed by Tufts University, which the author claims to be bound, that he never composed the teaching staff of the higher education institution.
