Cartas o epístolas y correos electrónicos
tensiones entre la propiedad ordinaria, los derechos de autor y el derecho a la intimidad

El ejercicio de la facultad de publicación de aquellas cartas que tienen valor literario, inherente al autor-remitente, tiene que conciliarse necesariamente con la anuencia del destinatario a los
fines de evitar transgredir la intimidad cuando en la carta se revelen datos que afectan la esfera íntima de uno u otro sujeto, protagonistas de la comunicación, sea postal, o sea electrónica, a tono con los
nuevos tiempos. La propiedad ordinaria, la propiedad intelectual y el derecho a la intimidad son variables a despejar en esta difícil ecuación jurídico-social derivada de los conflictos que por tal motivo pudieran suscitarse.
