The State, with the purpose of deploying socio-environmental management in the Public Administration, began to demand from all public bodies and institutions the elaboration of a Sustainable Logistics Management Plan that establishes criteria and practices for the promotion of sustainable national development. Not underestimating its obligation, the Judiciary has implemented mechanisms and tools that are mandatory for all Courts in the country in order to effectively meet the requirements for sustainable public activities. The aim of this study was to analyze the institutionalization of sustainable management in the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins. It was adopted as methodological procedures, bibliographical research, documentary and application of questionnaires to the socio-environmental commission and servers with positions of leadership in the Court. Through the collected data, positive points were verified regarding the implementation of the normative requirements imposed by the CNJ and negative points regarding the aspects related to the sensitization andqualification of the servers, allowing to propose at the end suggestion of improvements to the process of institutionalization of the sustainable management in the Court.
