The present study aims to identify environmental aspects and impacts of a car wash in the complete washing service from the application of the FMEA method. The methodology used was the case study, with the application of the FMEA method. As for the objectives, it was an exploratory and descriptive research, as for the technical procedures, primary and secondary data were used, in addition to non-participant observation and interview application. to the owner of the establishment. The results indicated a very high risk of contamination of the environment through the generation of waste, the use of large amounts of water and pollution of water sources and medium risk and pollution of the environment and indirect contamination of the population and aggravating the health of the worker. Finally, it was concluded that the FMEA contributed to an assessment of the risks arising from the service through constant evaluation and the adoption of mitigating measures.
