This rhetoric observes the motivational intervention of the industries that aim for the preservation of natural resources by sending recyclable residuals to competent companies in the environmental solutions segment in order to reinsert these in the productive cycle of materials composed of cardboard, plastic and glass that are produced in the industrial process. It aims to investigate the gains to the environment with the implementation of an environmental management concerning the packaging and sending of these recyclable residuals, mitigating the impacts of extractivism and therefore increasing the gains in the preservation of natural resources. The studied company is in the segment of bottling and distribution of spirits and wine, located in the port of Suape industrial area in Pernambuco. In the methodology were used qualitative research criterias stressing the use of data gathering devices as a means to the bibliographic survey, interview and participant observation. The results demonstrate that the reuse of recyclable residuals means savings in the manufacturing of new materials that would be extracted from the environment, automatically preserving natural resources, by minimizing the extraction from natural sources, triggering a stimulus to the “environmental awareness” approach of companies and the intent of collaborating with the good practices of sustainable development.
