Abstract

The aim of this article is to investigate the definition of infraction act; term emerged in the Child and Adolescent’s Statute in Brazil. The objective is to analyze discursive marks of authorship in the discourse of Law, understood as legal articles archive in order to verify the presence of drift and drill. The theoretical background is the French discourse analysis, as well as Lacanian psychoanalysis. The movement of interpretation permits to the subject gestures of authorship, which consist in a constant return to the already-said. Although, according to the literature, in the discourse of Law supposedly there are no returns and rephrasing, and paraphrasing is not allowed. Nevertheless places are detected where it is possible observe contradictions and incompleteness, as well as drift and drills.
