Abstract

The aim of this paper is to consider Brazilian thought from an equivocal consideration of its literary forms. The technical and media determinations are in relation to the process of constitution of philosophical practice, in a specific moment: the system of university philosophy at University of São Paulo. For this purpose, we analyze O fio da meada (1996), interview, dialog, lecture and interaction between Paulo Arantes and three "students". Based on the reflection of the relationship between media and bodies, between genders (literary, but not only), between the text and the devices of writing and speech. In the passage from speech to writing is shown, by a transcription made "due to an exact fantasy", the modes of self-institutionalisation that operate in the philosophical field and in its relation with the literary-theoretical one.
