POR UMA ÉTICA DA INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL COM BASE NA POIÉTICA

Resumo

O artigo procurou fazer uma análise crítica, e polifacetada da temática da ética da inteligência artificial e da relação homem/técnica/natureza, partindo-se da consideração da importância de um outro tipo de pensamento, relacionado à filosofia, à arte e à "œpoiesis", de forma a complementar o pensamento tipicamente moderno e das ciências modernas, com foco no calcular, no cartesianismo e formalismo, com base na razão, sem desvios e sem contradições. Neste sentido, um primeiro passo seria a aceitação da existência de aporias, contradições e antinomias, até mesmo na matemática e nas ciências, próprias de um discurso autorreferencial, como argumenta George Spencer-Brown, abandonando paradigmas já superados como o da separação entre sujeito e objeto do conhecimento, substituindo tal separação por uma unidade, ao invés de "œou". Em um segundo momento procurou-se verificar como a técnica e a essência da técnica poderiam ser pensadas além de uma visão utópica ou distópica e de modo a trazer um empoderamento do ser humano, analisando-se neste sentido os conceitos de cosmo ética e de tecno diversidade. Trata-se de repensarmos a relação entre as diversas disciplinas e saberes, e de rediscutirmos a Inter e a transdisciplinaridade em novas bases diante dos novos desafios impostos pelas novas tecnologias disruptivas bem como diante da dissolução das fronteiras entre as exatas e as humanidades.

Objetivos: Visa-se elaborar uma abordagem acerca da ética da inteligência artificial e da relação com a essência da técnica à luz da interdisciplinaridade, da zetética, de uma teoria inclusiva e democrática, por meio de uma análise multidisciplinar, multidimensional e intercultural já que trata de questões com características polifacetadas, adotando-se uma nova visão hermenêutica e epistemológica. Neste sentido, a recuperação da perspectiva poética, não linear, não bidimensional, uma compreensão polifônica, crítica, do múltiplo, como uma pragmática do múltiplo, permitindo uma mudança de paradigma: representacionalista (mimético/ordem e medida, mimesis) para construcionista (poiético/poiesis). Uma lógica de design dos artefatos semânticos, e uma ética da IA relacionada com os valores construcionistas do "homo poieticus", a mais alta expressão do "œhomo", deste ser que "œpoeticamente habita o mundo" (Hölderlin).

Metodologia: A metodologia e as técnicas de investigação combinarão a investigação teórica, relacionando-se com a metodologia de Michel Foucault denominada de "œteatro filosófico", de forma a fugir da dialética e da dualidade, buscando-se uma visão interdisciplinar e holística, e uma epistemologia multifacetada, a fim de que os opostos e as contradições não sejam anulados, negados ou idealizados.

Resultados: Trata-se de verificar a questão da ética da inteligência artificial e da relação homem/técnica/natureza além de binarismos, dualidades, do pensamento dialético e linear, e de perspectivas relacionadas ao formalismo, cartesianismo e o positivismo, pensando em conceitos como cosmoética e tecnodiversidade, os quais juntamente com a arte como não representação e com a "œpoiesis", poderão contribuir para alternativas em torno de tal relação. Trata-se de buscar uma lógica conceitual para sustentar a base da informação em IA, uma interpretação poiética dos conhecimentos, uma lógica do fazer e de design, a própria filosofia como conceitual design, envolvendo a postura crítica, e uma epistemologia poiética, construtiva e imaginativa, ao invés de mimetizada (representativa), isto é, trata-se de verificar os fundamentos epistemológicos para o desenvolvimento de uma ética da inteligência artificial relacionada com os valores construcionistas do "œhomo poietico".

Contribuições: O artigo busca trazer contribuições no sentido de recuperar a importância de teorias transclássicas com foco na abordagem holística e não reducionista, típica das ciências modernas, como a cibernética, a semiótica, a teoria geral de sistemas, as teorias gerais da informação e da comunicação, e a cibernética de segunda ordem, tal como proposta por H. Von Foerster, ao descrever sistemas cibernéticos dotados de IA que se autorregulam. Ou seja, na base do conhecimento acerca da Inteligência artificial teríamos uma disciplina trans clássica, pós-moderna, fugindo-se do antropocentrismo e olhando para a diferença e o outro, de modo a se repensar a relação homem/técnica no sentido de empoderamento do ser humano.

ABSTRACT

The article sought to make a critical and poly-faceted analysis of the theme of the ethics of artificial intelligence and the relationship between man/technology/nature, starting from the consideration of the importance of another type of thought, related to philosophy, art and "poiesis", in order to complement the typically modern thought and modern sciences, focused on calculating, Cartesianism and formalism, based on reason, without deviations and contradictions. In this sense, a first step would be the acceptance of the existence of aporias, contradictions and antinomies, even in mathematics and in the sciences, typical of a self-referential discourse, as George Spencer-Brown argues, abandoning already outdated paradigms such as the separation between subject and object of knowledge, replacing such separation by a unity, instead of "or". In a second moment, we tried to verify how the technique and the essence of the technique could be thought beyond a utopian or dystopian vision and in a way to bring an empowerment of the human being, analyzing in this sense the concepts of cosmoethics and technodiversity. It is a matter of rethinking the relationship between the various disciplines and knowledges, and of re-discussing inter- and trans-disciplinarity on new bases in face of the new challenges imposed by the new disruptive technologies, as well as in face of the dissolution of the frontiers between the exact and the humanities

Objectives: The aim is to develop an approach to the ethics of artificial intelligence and the relationship with the essence of the technique in the light of interdisciplinarity, zetetics, an inclusive and democratic theory, through a multidisciplinary, multidimensional, intercultural analysis since it deals with of questions with multifaceted characteristics, adopting a new hermeneutic and epistemological vision. In this sense, the recovery of the poetic, non-linear, non-two-dimensional perspective, a polyphonic, critical, zetetic understanding of the multiple, as a pragmatics of the multiple, allowing a paradigm shift: representationalist (mimetic/order and measure, mimesis) to constructionist (poietic/poiesis). A design logic of semantic artifacts, and an ethics of AI related to the constructionist values of the "homo poieticus", the highest expression of the "homo", of this being that "poetically inhabits the world" (Hölderlin).

Methodology: The methodology and research techniques will combine theoretical research, relating to Michel Foucault's methodology called "philosophical theater", in order to escape dialectics and duality, seeking an interdisciplinary and holistic view, and a multifaceted epistemology, so that opposites and contradictions are not annulled, denied or idealized.

Results: It is about verifying the question of the ethics of artificial intelligence and the man-technical-nature relationship, in addition to binarisms, dualities, dialectical and linear thinking, and perspectives related to formalism, Cartesianism and positivism, thinking about concepts such as cosmoethics and technodiversity, which together with art as non-representation and with "œpoiesis", may contribute to alternatives around such a relationship. It is about seeking a conceptual logic to support the basis of information in AI, a poietic interpretation of knowledge, a logic of doing and of design, philosophy itself as conceptual design, involving a critical stance, and a poietic, constructive and imaginative, instead of mimicked (representative), that is, it is about verifying the epistemological foundations for the development of an ethics of artificial intelligence related to the constructionist values of the "œpoietico homo".

Contributions: The article seeks to bring contributions towards recovering the importance of trans-classical theories with a focus on the holistic and non-reductionist approach, typical of modern sciences, such as cybernetics, semiotics, general systems theory, general information theories and communication, and second-order cybernetics, as proposed by H. Von Foerster, when describing cybernetic systems equipped with AI that self-regulate. That is, on the basis of knowledge about artificial intelligence, we would have a trans-classical, post-modern discipline, fleeing from anthropocentrism and looking at difference and the other, in order to rethink the man/technique relationship in the sense of empowerment of the human being.
