Abstract

This paper aims at presenting an on-going experience based on the concepts of genre and genre knowledge interactants share while using some genres. Focus is put on the education of the pre-service professional in the Accounting area, by reporting how both academic and professional genres were implemented at undergraduate levels so as to help students develop a more effective performance in their academic life as well as in their future professional life according to the genres they are supposed to use
