INOVAÇÃO SOCIAL APLICADA À ÁREA DE GESTÃO: UMA ANÁLISE CONCEITUAL

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é analisar as abordagens de inovação social aplicadas aos estudos da área de gestão. Em termos metodológicos, foram analisados 151 artigos publicados nos últimos vinte anos na área de gestão, selecionados na Web of Science. A análise qualitativa foi ancorada com o software Iramuteq. Os resultados indicam três categorias: a) Inovação Social Corporativa, que estende a lente da inovação social para além das empresas sociais; b) Constructos da Inovação Social, que apresenta o foco conceitual à luz dos autores investigados; c) Estudos da Inovação Social, que explica como as metodologias de investigação têm sido aplicadas.
