Resumo

Este estudo buscou analisar como a dinâmica dos recursos estratégicos contribui para o processo de criação de valor de empresas do setor de tecnologia sediadas na Paraíba. A fundamentação teórica tem como pilar a discussão a respeito da Visão Baseada nos Recursos (VBR) e sua perspectiva evolucionária, que compreendem as Capacidades Dinâmicas. Trata-se de estudo multicasos com abordagem qualitativa com seis empresas de tecnologia localizadas em João Pessoa. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com proprietários das empresas e análise documental. Os resultados revelam rotinas e capacidades empresariais que proporcionam a criação de valor, com destaque aos recursos humanos e competência tecnológica e demonstrando fragilidades associadas às capacidades comerciais.
