FACTORES DETERMINANTES PARA COMPARTIR DE CONOCIMIENTO EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES: LA PERSPECTIVA BIDIRECCIONAL

Resumen

A partir de una revisión integrativa de la literatura, este artículo discute y analiza críticamente la producción académica más difundida sobre los factores que influencian el compartir conocimiento y posibles barreras para compartirlo  en las organizaciones. Los resultados sugieren que el compartir conocimiento puede ser determinado tanto por factores individuales y organizacionales, como por factores tecnológicos. El estudio también identificó posibles barreras al compartir el conocimiento. Ellas están dirigidas a los costos asociados al acto de compartir, tanto para quienes buscan conocimiento, como para quienes lo ponen a disposición.
