Resumen

La acción estratégica se ha estudiado mediante la adopción de ocurrencia en espacio de la gran organización. Reconociendo que diferentes tamaños implican diferentes formas de actuar, se procede al diseño de propuestas sustantivas sobre la acción estratégica por lo que apoya la empresa mediana. Por lo tanto, son examinados casos de tres inmobiliarias familiares regionales. Los procedimientos de recopilación y análisis de datos son operados a través de un estudio longitudinal de varios casos basado en un enfoque cualitativo. Los resultados demuestran la existencia de características específicas del comportamiento estratégico de la compañía de tamaño mediano.
