Abstract

This study aims to analyze a company's dynamic capabilities through its organizational learning potential. The case study and the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods were adopted as a research design. The choice of the organization is justified by the fact that it was awarded the National Quality Award and the Best in Management by FNQ. Finally, it became evident that the consolidation of learning and the development of mechanisms and practices that allow the creation and accumulation of people's skills are a factor that can act as an antecedent for the development of dynamic capacity.
