Abstract

This work consists in an exploratory research which has employed a multiple case study strategy with quantitative and qualitative analyses, in order to verify in-field the adequacy of applying a theoretical model that recommends the adoption of 71 practices which are measurable through indicators of corporate alignment effort, assessing the level of organizational strategies implementation effectiveness. The analyses carried out in the companies based on the investigated indicators have allowed the detection of the level of organizational strategies implementation effectiveness, with the managerial advantage of indicating its origin in detail, along with its characteristics and the profile of the companies’ strategic effectiveness, as well as opportunities for improvement.
