Abstract

The paper presents an interpretative reading of a few literary works by Brazilian writer and visual artist Nuno Ramos (1960), also exploring connections between these texts and plastic works, essays and songs produced by the same author. Two fictional-poetic figures from the books Sermões (2015) and Adeus, cavalo (2017) set forth our reading – the goddess and the horse –, in dialogue with two conceptual figures, the voice and the sign.
