From a dialogue with Annie Le Brun, author on the contemporary imagery of catastrophe, we search to understand how its spectacularization ends up trivializing the real catastrophe images. There where we can imagine that there is no contemplation at all, we turn our attention to the smallest; for what is poetic in the catastrophe and approaches the tragic as in Nietzsche. In this sense, we find in the work of Rosângela Rennó a poetics of the catastrophe we can observe in the analysis of some of her works.Downloads
