Conceição Evaristo, Aesthetics, Deconstruction, Law and Literature, right to joyAbstract
In this text, we weave together the poetics and aesthetics of writing, by Conceição Evaristo, with deconstruction, seeking to identify new bases for the history of rights, based on an art history of African descent. We seek, under the framework of research in Law and Literature, assuming the legacy of Jacques Derrida, to think of the right to joy as an open path for the recognition of other rights.
