Abstract

The article proposes a theoretical dialogue between the semiotics of song, produced by Luis Tatit, and the perspective of Michel Foucault’s thought to think about the Brazilian popular song object from na archaeological and genealogical point of view. From the notions of convincing diction, the voice that speak in the voice that sings and the screenings that occurred in the history of the song. We seek to identify the series that we define as poetic, political and mediact whithin the brasilianness archive. The discursive materiality of the songs demands na approach that considers aspects of resistence, in coexistence and articulation with the political process and the forms of media circulation
