Abstract

This article establishes a relationship between the body in the work L’homme qui
tousse and the pandemic body, specifically the body of the worker. To this end, the concepts
of the survival of the images, disciplinary and control societies, the sharing of the sensible
and Benjamin’s concept of history are addressed, as well as Terry Eagleton's discussion of
aesthetics in Marx.
