Uma das preocupações no meio empresarial é manter a fidelidade da clientela. Motivo que ensejou essa investigação, vez que a inadimplência financeira gera distância entre empresa/fornecedor e cliente. Esses, considerados figuras do meio empresarial. Tal distância contribui com o rompimento de uma relação negocial, abalando a economia financeira. A resolução de conflitos de interesses praticada no âmbito da empresa é abertura para a recuperação do "œstatus quo" entre as partes, ignorando o abalo oriundo pelo descumprimento da obrigação. Empresa/fornecedor e cliente são sujeitos fundamentais numa relação negocial para o crescimento econômico/financeiro entre si e para o país.

ABSTRACT

One of the main concerns in the business environment is to maintain the client fidelity, the reason of this investigation, once the financial default creates a distance between the company and the its clients. This distance contributes with the breaking of the business relation, shaking the economy. The conflict resolution of interests practice in the business environment is the beginning of the recovered of the "œstatus quo" between the parts. Company and client are the main parts of the business relationship and to the economic growth of the country.
