HOLDING PATRIMONIAL "“ PLANEJAMENTO SUCESSÓRIO

Resumo

RESUMO:

O artigo visa demonstrar a importância que assume a constituição de uma sociedade holding para fomentar melhorias no controle, administração, bem como manutenção do patrimônio. O planejamento sucessório e tributário pode apresentar perspectivas até então não vislumbradas pelos proprietários e alçar a empresa a caminhos interessantes no campo organizacional e de mercado. Consideramos na demonstração, os tipos de holdings existentes com análise específica sobre holding patrimonial; os tipos societários em que melhor se enquadraria a empresa holding, as finalidades que direcionam para a constituição destas empresas, as tributações que podem ser consideradas e efetivamente aplicadas e traçar os aspectos sucessórios ao efeito de demonstrar as benesses que podem advir da constituição.

Abstract:

With the article is aimed at demonstrating the importance the formation of a holding company to encourage improvements in the control, management and maintenance of assets. The succession and tax planning can provide perspectives not previously envisioned by the owners and the company raise the interesting ways in the organizational field and market. We believe in the statement, the types of holdings with specific analysis of equity holding; the corporate types that best fit the holding company, the purposes that lead to the establishment of these companies, the taxes that may be considered and applied effectively and trace the inheritance aspects of the effect of showing the blessings that can come from constitution
