The paper reflects about the production of scientific knowledge in contemporary specifically discussing the ways which knowledge circulates and as it is disclosed. We are interested in what is denominated science communication, social area with a strong order of the media, where, according to some authors, the scientific knowledge "leaves" in its place "original" and will make sense in the way of daily non-specialists. For this, we bring to discuss the proposed disclosure in the Science Laboratory Course Magazine (http://www.cienciaemcurso.unisul.br). The proposal of the magazine is to disseminate science through a website, where the multiplicity of media like audio, video, text and links allow meaning the science in non-linear way. Also, the research discusses about the form of dissemination of science by the scientific journalism, because what we see today, in the divulgations of science materials; it is a tendency to give priority to the knowledge of the media on science.
