Challenges for discourse analysis (and for teaching?)

Abstract

This article discusses some problems from the area of Discourse Analysis. The text analysis carried out here has the double purpose of presenting a methodology of Discourse Analysis and of opening a space for future reflections on the possibility of this approach being useful to elementary and secondary school teaching.
