The three times of poetry

Abstract

This article discusses poetry from a mediatic perspective. In other words, it follows the historical course of poetry in the West, especially in Portuguese language, taking into account mainly its means of symbolic registration. The aim of this work is to pursue the political and cultural implications of the poet's role in different historical ruptures.
