Abstract

This text emerges from reflections built from courses taken within the scope of two graduate programs at the Universidade de Brasília (UnB). In the light of psychoanalysis, it is intended to reflect on writing and its possible effects on the subject who writes. Therefore, the dialogues circumvent the complex relationships between writing-unconscious, writing-pleasure-suffering, writing-incompletion, writing-fantasy-elaboration. Our bet is that self-writing, in addition to being a possible analytical mediation tool, can be configured as a self-training and research device. In this sense, we present Educational Memory as a device for research and pedagogical mediation in training processes with teachers. Thus, we think that both in listening to the subject and in the stories in the form of written narratives, the unconscious as a spoken knowledge can appear and be “read” between the lines of the spoken and written word beyond the manifest text.
