ANTECEDENTES ESTRATÉGICOS E MODELO DE NEGÓCIOS: UMA PROPOSTA INTEGRADA DE ANÁLISE PARA O DESEMPENHO DE E-BUSINESS

Resumo

A Internet vem revolucionando a maneira das empresas fazerem negócios, tornando-se uma poderosa ferramenta para sua realização (e-business). Este ensaio tem por objetivo analisar, de forma conjugada, as principais abordagens teóricas subjacentes ao e-business. Para tal, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica nas principais bases de dados nacionais e internacionais para identificar e classificar as principais correntes teóricas. Detectou-se que o e-business vem sendo estudado por duas perspectivas – foco no ambiente externo (TOA) e nas atividades internas (Modelo de Negócios) – e que estas vêm sendo desenvolvidas de forma fragmentada. Ao final, delineia-se um framework para subsidiar aplicações empíricas.
