Resumen

Las empresas minoristas se relaciona directamente con sus propios consumidores, y cómo ellos hacen sujetar sus clientes Buy / Buy Intention. Sin embargo, varias líneas de producto tienen una característica que no es perceptible para el consumidor, según la ayuda de los vendedores que utilice la motivación de transacciones, que se imprimen las medidas de construcción entre la imagen del nivel de nivel y la calidad del servicio. Este artículo se orienta a medida si la transacción de motivación medita el siguiente nivel de calidad de servicio ? Quality of Service. Los resultados constatados que el modelo de evaluación tiene la predicción predictiva de la característica y la capacidad de medición de tamaño mediano.
