GESTIÓN DE IDEAS: UN ESTUDIO EMPÍRICO EN LA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE SANTA CATARINA

Resumen

Ideas son vitales para la innovación, y esta, a su vez, es fuente de mejora para organizaciones privadas y públicas. Desde la necesidad de mayor comprensión la cuestión de las ideas para innovación en organizaciones públicas, este estudio exploratorio con abordaje cualitativo tiene el objetivo de caracterizar el flujo de ideas en uno de los vicerrectorados de la Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Entrevistas semiestructuradas fueron utilizadas como técnica para colección de datos. Como resultados no fueron encontradas acciones deliberadas para mejoría de la cantidad y calidad de las ideas, así como no fue identificado el uso de técnicas de creatividad. Como perspectivas futuras se aconsejan estudios que puedan tener enfoque en otros sectores de la universidad, caracterizando con mayor profundización el flujo de ideas en la organización.
