Organizational change: a case study in distance education tutorship

Abstract

This article analyzes the planned organizational change process in the Administration Graduate Course, in the distance modality, at the UFSC. Sought to understand which factors stimulated the change, how was made its development and implementation, and how the different hierarchical levels involved faced whole process; and approximately one year after implementing, see if the planned is in consonance with the practice, and what are the positive and negative factors of the change for the course. For this purpose was made a study case. Among the research findings are highlighted the challenges that this process involves.
