Abstract

The research aimed to assess in an ICT company the relationship between strategic actions and innovations. The research was conducted through a case study of descriptive purpose. The results suggest that strategic actions and innovations lined up to meet the following purposes: to increase the percentage of products in its market (for product innovations), offer a new or significantly improved product to its market (for innovations in product and process), and enable the products to reach new markets (for innovations in process). However, the alignment was strongest among strategic actions and process innovations.
