Resumo

A tomada de decisões multicritério para a criação de valor empresarial tornou-se um tema de interesse significativo que, no entanto, ainda não foi suficientemente estudado. As empresas têm dificuldade em determinar os melhores critérios de decisão para a criação de valor. O Processo Analítico Hierárquico é utilizado como método para estabelecer um modelo de apoio à tomada de decisão empresarial. Os resultados mostram uma maior contribuição para a criação de valor de negócio das decisões baseadas no critério de benefícios e estabelecem uma classificação de prioridades nas decisões de TI para criar valor empresarial.
