FOCO ESTRATÉGICO E DESEMPENHO OPERACIONAL DAS MPE: UMA ANÁLISE EM DIFERENTES ESTÁGIOS DO CICLO DE VIDA ORGANIZACIONAL

Resumo

Este estudo investigou a relação entre ciclo de vida organizacional (CVO), foco estratégico (FE) e o desempenho operacional (DO) das MPE. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa descritiva com método quantitativo. Foram coletados dados de 101 MPE. Os achados apontam que existe relação direta entre as fases do nascimento, maturidade, rejuvenescimento e declínio do CVO e o FE externo. Existe relação direta apenas entre a fase do rejuvenescimento do CVO e o FE interno. O DO apresenta relação com as fases de crescimento e rejuvenescimento do CVO e relação como o FE externo, não apresentando relação como o FE interno.
