ORIENTAÇÃO PARA APRENDIZAGEM E INOVATIVIDADE ORGANIZACIONAL: O CONHECIMENTO COMO RECURSO ESTRATÉGICO PARA INOVAÇÃO EM MEIOS DE HOSPEDAGEM

Resumo

Este estudo objetivou avaliar o impacto da orientação para aprendizagem sobre a inovatividade organizacional em meios de hospedagem de Santa Catarina. A pesquisa de caráter descritiva e quantitativa, foi operacionalizada por meio de uma survey, com uma amostra de 162 respondentes. Para análise dos dados utilizou-se a técnica de modelagem de equações estruturais. Os resultados evidenciam relação positiva entre a orientação para a aprendizagem e a inovatividade no ambiente de prestação de serviços de hospedagens, tais achados corroboram com a teoria e solidificam o contexto de que a aprendizagem se torna fundamental para que as organizações sejam capazes de inovar.
